VISION + IMAGINATION

THE FIRST CHAPTER

Sleep and dream

My great grandfather bought the farmhouse from his great friend many years ago. We spent our childhood running barefoot around the garden, riding the horses, picking our lunch from the vegetable patch.

SPACE REINVENTED

Architectural vision - Pedro and Pedro Jr

The farmhouse, known as ‘cortijo’ in Spanish, was built in 1919. My great grandfather always loved this place, and when the opportunity arose, he bought the house from his great friend in the 1980s. We spent our childhood here, the house and garden hold so many precious memories for my family. A few years ago, we started dreaming about opening our doors, and sharing this special place with guests. We want our guests to fall in love with this unique corner of Spain, Doñana National Park. The Kukutana Experience shows visitors the best of this rich and biodiverse area, with active excursions, but also an opportunity to slow down, to take a seat and listen to the birdsong.
