Lourdes plans the menu, combining local delicacies with family favourites. A collaboration from dream to dish thanks to Lourdes and Isabel, our beloved cook.
Lourdes develops seasonal menus inspired by family recipes and local ingredients and traditions. She has a soft spot for breakfast. Members of the family give suggestions for sauces, fish and meat dishes. Remembering old favourites and trying new flavours.

Lourdes is the mother of Kukutana, the homemaker who takes care of the details and makes sure guests are happy and comfortable. She keeps guests glasses full and their stomachs from rumbling.

OUR CONCEPT
A place to meet one another
The name Kukutana was inspired by a sculpture you will find in the living room at our farmhouse. It was made by a member of the family, Maria Llorente, and shows two people holding each other in an embrace, a profound encounter of souls.
